Residential services pricelist (valid in Tallinn, Tartu and Pärnu)

Sales commission:

• Properties with value until 96 154 € the commission is 5% of the propery value.
• Properties with value over 96 154 € the commission is upon agreement.
• Rental commission:
• Commision sum is one months rent pluss VAT.
• Preparation of documents:
• Preparation of sales documents 350 €.
• Consultation, preparation fo contracts, organizing documentations:
• Service charge starting from 35 €/ h
• Minimum commision on property sales is 1650€.
