The maximum number of buildings allowed on the land unit EK-01 is 3 (three), whereas the maximum number of floors allowed for the main building is 3 and for the side buildings 1...2. 30 is chosen as the percentage of the complete construction of the land unit, and in this case the total surface area under the buildings is allowed to be 2040m2. The maximum number of buildings allowed on the land unit EK-34 is 2 (two), whereas the maximum number of floors allowed for the main building is 3 and for the side building 1...2. 25 has been chosen as the percentage of the complete construction of the land unit, and in this case the total surface area under the buildings is allowed to be 855m2.
